  • 87 Firebird or 96 Camaro *updated with pics*

I just got home from my trip to Connecticut. For all intents and purposes, I bought Camaro97V6's 1996 Camaro to part it out but its in better condition than I thought. I am thinking about keeping the Camaro and parting out my 3rd gen. I can't keep two cars. I like to be focused on just one car. I haven't finshed the 3.4 project yet but it may be fun to see what I can do with the 3800. The mean problem I have with the Camaro is that it's a Camaro. :D If it was a 4th gen Firebird, this would be so much simpler. So what do you guys think I should keep? 4th gen Camaro or 3rd gen Firebird

    Camaro pics

The Camaro does have T-tops and a 5 speed.

Once yo go Bird, you'll never look back. Selll the camero & put a 3800 in the bird after you've finished w/the 3.4 ;)

I dunno man 3rd gens have lots more room than 4th gens, that and I bet you have invested quite a bit on that car already just stay with it. It looks like it's in good shape for a 87' also. Got any pics of the camaro?

                          Maro vs Bird (Opinion)

I would definitely keep the Camaro.
