• Did my first AWD burn out today

Yup, driving a 2003 subaru WRX 5 speed now.

I traded my neon for it, even swap :D

    It was wet out.

I dumped it at 4,000 rpm's and it was the COOLEST thing!!!

The car just twisted slightly to the left and started accelerating slowly forward.

Then the wheel hop eventually came, which sucked.

    It was fun.

    Saturday, we start the mods:

I should probably specify this, right?

        It is mom's WRX.

She is having some issues with the shifter.

She seems to not be able to adapt to it.

She finds the neon much easier.

So, I'll drive it around for the next week or so.

Its ok I understand how that goes... my mom was gonna buy a 97 Viper fully modded and loaded with a 150shot of NOS, except she didn't think he dog (a boxer) would be comfy in the passenger seat.. it only cost like 50k.

I think I speak for everyone when I say that women who drive stick are HOT.

J/K, but I'm glad you got a Rex. My buddy has a 97 Impreza and it's a pretty cool car. I drove it around when he was still learning to use the clutch :D
