I'm usually against increased spending on defense... but **** like this makes me say "Go get 'em, Bush!"

If those militants had any sort of political brain they wouldn't be pulling **** like this. American opinion on involvement in the middle east is already divided. They should play that coin. Instead, they enrage the American people and help Bush win support for fighting them. All they're doing is convincing more and more Americans that we are in the right by fighting them rather than retreating.

what we need is the saudi government to change the ****e they teach in their schools and to change their human policies... they are the breeding this hatred in their people who find that the US is the best outlet because it gets them attention (even negative attention)... we can do all we want, but without major internal change, all we're doing is cutting off one head to create 6 more...

the whole thing makes me sick.

that's part of the problem... if no one cares about them, they won't feel like they need to be held responsible for their actions... I'm not saying I care about terrorists but I care about the 8 year old boys who might one day become terrorists, and the women in the muslim world who have no say over what their children are being taught...
