Fat Domino who lives in New Orleans decided to wait out the storm just like a lot of people did.
Eye witnesses said that they saw him and his family standing on his balcony and waving for help. But their boat was too full to take them in.
Rescuers did went back for him and his family but they only saw his house under water.
It's terrible to hear how many of these LA people are so ill prepare and decided to wait it out instead of getting the hell out. I guess they never had a natural disaster before. Very sad indeed.
