See, that's what they do to Kerry. When you EDIT someone's quote and post it as fact, it won't line up with your real position on an issue. In this case, the issue is the intelligence of 3.4[deployed].

Let's analyze it: "I think is idiot-" I won't begin to presume to understand the incoherent ramblings of a truly stupid man.

"that's really supressing some" In the context of the sentence, it makes no sense, but at least it's coherent.

"latent hatred that he doesn't get enough NEA funds." So latent means hidden, or not yet apparent. Hatred is not really an emotion but it is something you feel toward a fellow human being. How does this even take a step in the direction of intelligibility? Some hidden hatred? that he doesn't get enough NEA funds? Well, maybe he meant resentment. Anyway, bush sucks pubic hair.
