  • Does anyone know anything about TVs?

My 9 year old 35" Panasonic TV just all of the sudden stopped working. It just turned off.
I tried plugging it into another socket and still nothing. I tried the remote, different socket, and still nothing.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be or how much it would run me if I took this tv to a repair shop?

Don't open the TV up. Even unplugged it can hold quite a charge.

Take it to a repair place.

True, if your going to open it be extremely carefull. I know monitors can hold a 30k charge for up to 9 years.

And there might be an internal fuse, if there is it should be like small cylindrical and glass fuse.

But if its not that, then then bulb burnt out and your just better off buying a new TV.
