According to the news Juror #5 is being investigated for juror misconduct. He was seen and tape recorded walking into the court house with Scott P's brother and he said something about the trial. I dont remember what. He has been noticed nodding and winking at teh defense table.
I try not to care about this trial - but this thing is pretty interesting. THe defense must be real happy they hired such an idiot to be on their team. Or else the DA's office bought someone to act like he's bought by the Defense...? Thats doubtful though
