I have a feeling alot of people are going to tell you that its wrong and you should take it back and correct the mistake. Also you should know thats what is going to happen.

However it's not my issue... so have fun.

Sidenote: I probably would take it back, and return it seeing as I had it long enough to use it for what I needed it for.

LOL, I once got change at a gas station for a $5 when I paid with a $10. I figured it out when I walked out the door, but I was driving back home from Texas and I was in a hurry, so I just kept walking. I thought it was funny... :D

EDIT: LOL, Home>Hoe :D You figure it out... Ha!

stores re held to the wrong price. If they post the wrong price on the shelf. They must sell it for that. If they miss quote you over the phone, They still must sell it for that price. least in Ohio.

I remember when my grandma forced the local GM dealer to sell me a chevette for $100. She works in sales for years at sears. As since that is what the guy said over the phone, she made him sell it for that. He knew he had no leg to stand on.
[buddy had just traded it in. had a bad starter n cracked windshield. Drove like a champ.]

Last year buddy got $200 propane heater for free at home depot. Got a few thing n the heater. total was $18 something.

mispriced beef jerky (1.59 instead of 2.59)
he tells me I have to charge him the price on the tag
I just looked at him and told him no I don't, if I want to charge you $18 for this jerky I can, you don't have to get it if you think it's too much. $2.59 please.
