  • Got a new position with my company

I applied for a higher position (Operations Expert) within Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield back in September. I interviewed in early October and I recieved a call today from staffing offering me the position. Of course I gladly accepted.
Starting Nov 29 I move up the corporate ladder and my official position is Operations Expert in the National Accounts department. WOOHOOO
    15% raise.

Lucky bastard! I have to wait till May for my raise!

I just hit the 5 year mark doing web-related work at my current employer. They are getting away with murder since I still don't have my degree.

Congrats! Obviously they saw something in you if they did the calling.
