I've been collecting them since they came out. I use that collector's board set to keep them in. I have all the quarters up to 2003 plus Florida. Hopefully I'll find the other 2004 quarters soon. I haven't seen that Wisconsin one yet either, but it's the newest one, released Oct. 25th, so I'm sure we'll find it eventually. it says that your mom and grandmom are really cool and smart for collecting coins that will be worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars at the least in 50 years. :D

I seriouslly doubt they will worth anything more then 25 cents. But yes, sadly I do collect them.

i used to, but i got too lazy. i was trying to collect a state quarter from each mint. (pennsyvania, denver, and i think there is another one). the PA ones have a P on the head side, the denver ones a D, and the other ones have nothing). but it was too hard to find all 3.http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/483076
TSP rumbler, straight pipe, corvette servo.
Soon - 3.42+lsd,headers, cai,

The Mint is producing over 2 billion of the quarters per year, so I don't think the'll ever be extremely valuable. It is big business for the US Mint. Every coin taken out of circulation is profit to the government.
However, it is interesting to collect all of them. We've been doing with our kids since the start with one of those map boards.
97rs - That's a good point - we have not been tryign tot collect from each mint. Hmmm....I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

I'm collecting for myself and few guys I know that are serving in the military over seas. So basically I have to find like 13 of every quarter one for me and 12 for the other people that asked me to collect them while they are gone. Speaking of witch I need to get on the ball I'm kind of behind on the most recent quarters.

We get about $1,000 worth of quarters in at work for the cash registers about every week. They're all rolls of the same state too. We recently got $1,000 worth of rolls of Texas and some other state.
