happy new year..... Drunk hits my minivan at 12:15am! ARGH

First off, parents said to NOT TAKE THE Z28 out cause of a drunk driver may hit it. Im all fighting it and said it wouldnt happen. But I give in and take my moms 2003 Minivan out.

So 12AM hits, New Years, whatever. FOOD TIME! We need hoagies! We goto Wawa. Well i originally parked on the side of WaWa but NOBODY was there, it was like 1210AM and im like, screw it, ill park right in front we'll be here 2 minutes. There are TONS of spots free.

We were at WaWa gettin hoagies at like 12:10 right after the new year. Im done gettin food I walk out with friend #1. Friend #2 is inside gettin hoagie (he ordered a super one so its taken 5 minutes). I walk outside and then I walk back inside to talk to him inside leaving my other friend outside.

'89 Ford truck comes up and scratches/bumper burns the back of my minivan! My friend saw it happen as I was inside gettin my other friend. My friend outside is like, "Yo u hit that minivan". Drunk guy is all "No i didnt". Walks in and orders a hoagie. My friend comes in and gets me. "yo come here outside guy hit ur car". I go outside and find the mini van damaged. IM like Mother****ER! ARGH call 911 and Im all, "this isnt an emergency but some drunk messed up my minivan and he shouldnt be driving".

So they put me through to local township and they said Cops were on the way. They came really quick!!! Guy was just about to leave and my friend says COP COP COP! and so the drunk guy backs up and the Cop comes right behind him and lights him up. The drunk guy starts driving away. Cop hits his sirens and nabs him!

Cops get my info and everything. Police report is 2005-00001 . First one of the year!!! GREAT WAY TO START THE YEAR

Sorry for the bad text and sentences. Excited and pumped up. It wasn't that bad or anything but it was just alittle bit exciting for me. First real accident with cops and stuff.

CLIFFNOTES: Drunk hits my moms parked minivan at Wawa. Friend saw it all. Called the cops, the guy gets nabbed!!! Police report 2005-000001 of the year. Happened at like 12:15-12:30AM!!! Minor damage, nobody hurt, drunk driver taken off the road!

LMAO, I'm ALWAYS happy to see another dumb-azz drunk taken off the road. What's even better is the cop caught the beeeeyotch in the act of driving! That guy is SCREWED! Sorry to hear about your mom's van though. :(

mmmm... Wawa. Haven't had a Wawa sub in like seven years. Boy do I ever miss them! That's awesome that the police were so reponsive to your call. Looks like he won't be having a good New Year. Don't you feel better now that you listened to your parents now? :D
