Yeah, I know, they get old, but this one was pretty damn funny.
I took a drive over to Borders to pick up a couple of books to cure my perpetual insomnia (damn aliens :mad: ), and on the way back I ended up next to a freaking riced out Toyota Echo.
For those who don't know, this thing has a mammoth 1.5L I4 that twists out an astonishing, earth shattering 108 horsepower and 105 fp of torque.
It had a few stickers and altezzas (unless they were the stock tail lights, in which case Toyota should just roll over and die).
In any case, I'm at a light waiting to turn left, and he's in the left lane, also waiting to turn left. Light turns green and he floors it around the turn. I chuckled a bit and turned, then he slows down and gets next to me and floors it again, pulls maybe 1 car length in 5 seconds to my steady 35 MPH.
So, we come to the next light. My windows were already down, and so are his. I looked over and said: "In a hurry to get to the grocery store before it closes?" and he gives me the finger and speeds off, blowing the red light.
This is the funny part: about a mile down the road he turned into Price Chopper. [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img]
