Put this here cuz i dont plan on ever doing this mostly cuz im a broke college student trying to save enough to make a sweet ride(not a wanna be drag car but something with respectable times like under 14), but would under any cercumstances a ram jet 502 fit in the engine bay of a '98 camaro and if so how far would the intake be sticking up out of the hood?

i just think itd be cool but
1) they cost ALOT
2) they are rather large but ive seen one in a 67 maro and that thing was beast but then again ive seen 350's that coulda stomped it(nitrous & blowers on 350's are beast)
but anywho i just dont have acess to my car cant have it here til next year which sucks but i was wonderin if anybody had the specs and could let me know if if it would fit. Just on a side note though how long is side of a 98 from the back of the front wheel well to the front of the back wheel well.

GM and many others have fit the new 572 in the 98+ Camaros with a few inches of cowl hood and a new k-frame. But the amount of parts to get everything working would be expensive.98 Bright Red Camaro
Too many mods to list....check my website

Me and my high school friends made a vow at graduation that we would stuff a ram jet 502 into a 1994 camaro someday. We probably won't get around to it untill we are like 30 years old though.
Rest assured, I will do it some day in the distant future.1999 red camaro v6 M5: with a turbo
13.52@107.99
No, seriously: Who Farted?
http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/600086

Big Block 4th Gen.
It can definately be done, if it couldn't I would have never bought my '02 camaro. Once I'm done with college in 2 years, my dad and I will be putting the 502 in my car.2000 Sebring Silver Z28 M6
Jet-hot lt\'s,!cats, Hooker aerochamber,slp cai,mti lid, slp ss hood-spoiler-cme,eibach springs,bmr control arms & relo. brackets,bmr adj. phb,slp sfc\'s & stb,b&m ripper,Z06 wheels, Nitto 555\'s, and much more
