There's a new Porsche Carrera GT in town!! Pics coming.

I was at the Porsche Store of Lexington when they unloaded it. Black on black and carbon fiber everywhere. It has a $450,000 sticker! :eek: It will be in the showroom until Wednsday. The owner of the dealership was there and he started it up and drove it around the lot. It sounded SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! He couldn't take it off of the lot because it was too low and would tear up the front splitter on the driveway. There were a ton of people there watching. I'm home now to get my camera and head back.

You would go crazy living down here in Boca Raton, I've seen several Carrera GTs and constantly run into Ferraris, Lambo's, and "Lesser Porsches". I'm surrounded by some of the wealthies people in the country, and it really does brew and inferiority complex about your vehicle being constantly surrounded by very high dollar rides.

links dont work for me. and yea i copy/pasted :( now, you said they couldnt take it off the lot, because it would scrape, well how's the very lucky person that buys it going to get it off.cant use a flat bed,i dont think. when i got my camaro my front bumper scraped BAD comeing off.

Very sharp looking car, although I'd say a little overpriced for what it does. I once saw a yellow Lambo Diablo VT around here. My friend took pics of it with his cell phone, but he can't get them onto the internet. Boy that was a fun night...

they don't haul those cars on flat beds [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] they get hauled in fully enclosed big rigs with a special tommy gate lift, you drive the car on the lift and up it goes and then you drive it into the truck

A Ferrrari dealership by my house has an enzo in it every now and then. The first time I saw it I stopped dead in my tracks. I went in and looked for a long time. That car looks way better in person than it does in pictures. I got kicked out of the dealership for touching it.
I would love to see a carrera gt too. Those are great cars.

That is a bad *** looking car. Looks like a mix between older Porsches, a Ferrari, and a Saleen S7.
