i'd say the camaro would be cheaper, because domestic parts are usually cheaper than foreign ones (correct me if I'm wrong), and stroker engines have assloads of torque, which handily outclasses ricers at the top end, so "keeping up" shouldn't be much of an issue.

yeah, dropping a TT setup on a 383 would be pricey (and overkill, probably) as some naturally aspirated ones already top 500hp. [img]smile.gif[/img]

nmm... 2000 ZL1 is rated at 770hp with a 572ci. mod that, and there's really no contest.

i've read of a tt427 C5 doing 0-60 in 1.97 (with drag slicks, of course)

you could mod a 6er all you want, still doesn't give it two extra cylinders; generally speaking, an equally modded V8 will still generate more power.

extra cylinders mean nothing these days. the technology today means that the playing feild is pretty much even between 4cyl,6cyl, and v8s.

O well. I didnt make this thread to have a pissing match...i made it to just tell about my street encounter but then somone had to act all E-hardcore and start calling me out.....well im right here, if u want directions ill give you them and you can see if daddy will come here and put his money where YOUR mouth is.
