im all about pro choice.. i know its bad but in some situations its better than the other.


Like me for instance.. my gf decided to stop taking birthcontrol and didnt let me know.. and me and her fought a lot... relationship was only for the sex.. but anyways she ended up getting pregnant.. blablabla.. and i was 17 at the time, wasn't ready for fatherhood, and just flat out not mature enough or responsible enough to handle having a kid.. plus me and my ex didnt get along.. it was a ****ty relationship and i didnt want to be committed to a family if i cant stand the ***** anymore..

so instead of raising a kid in poverty with two parents that never get along we decided to abort it because we thought it wouldnt be fair for the child to grow up in that type of environment. but we at least did it about 2 weeks after she found out she was pregnant so it wasnt nearly as bad as some cases..

but anyways if you think u can handle it go for it.. time to grow up fast.. and maybe sell the car

i'd say to get advice from both sets of parents, guardians, close mentors, whatever route you have to take to make a decision.

i will never advise someone to get an abortion, but it's there.

Sit down with here and discuss all options like adults.

Come to a understanding between the 2 of you and move on from there. Which ever option you 2 decide on believe in it and the premise that it was the right decision for the both of you and for the baby.

Dont look at it as a bad thing, PLEASE dont. I am the father of 5 ( yeah thats 5 ) wonderful children. I wouldnt trade anything for anyone of them and I was 20 when I had my first one.

I am now divorced from that woman ( the mother of my 3 little girls ) and remarried ( to the love of my life and we have twin boys ) and even though I dont have the $$$ to do what ever I want, whenever I want. I know a girl who had an abortion.. I'm the only other person who knows about it other than the would-be father of the kid. Not even her own mother knows. That being said, it is a lot harder of a decision to make and live with than you would think. Especially since we're all men and women operate in COMPLETELY different ways... far beyond the realm of logic.

If I got a girl pregnant, I would leave it up to her. If she wants my input I would prefer to keep it, but other than that I'd let her make the decision and support that decision fully.

and I would bet that at least 75% of those who says "oh take responsibility and raise the kid" have never been COMPLETELY on their own, much less having a child to raise on top of that. It is a lot harder than you think.. I have been on my own, I know.

taking responsibility is alot harder than you think. Thats why you take as much precaution as possible. I don't got kids but if I was in you're boat id leave it up to the woman, she would be the one to have to go through the nine months not me, or, the recuperation after an abortion, because it's alot more painful than you think and can sometime scar a woman making a life decision.
I would like to hear a ladies opinion on this but I don't think thats gonna happen.

I've been through this situation before, and she lost the child, and even though I wasn't ready for it, it really broke my heart. I am a staunch supporter of Eric Rudolph. He had the right idea, but he shoulda waited until no one was inside to bomb the clinics. To me, abortion clinics are no better than Hitler's concentration camps.....line 'em up and kill 'em, that's how they work. But aren't you basically saying "trade one life for another"?
If a child will ruin the life somebody has set in front of them... how much better is having the child vs. aborting it?
