New turbo videos

I know its not a camaro but its still a 6. Been a while since i posted over here. The turbo setup is done and in the early datalogging/tuning phase but i got some vids for ya.

You will hear a lot of odd noises in the videos. A slight ticking I think is an exhaust leak and valve tap. 95% of the whinning is gear whine from the g-force T5.

This one is a quick 2nd gear pull. You can hear the turbo and blow off pretty good in this one. The tires break loose at about 4500 at which time you can see the rpms jump and the car get a lil sideways.

A 3rd gear pull... You can tell when I nail the gas cause the tripod takes flight at which time the sound gets a lil weird.

I wasnt trying to beat on the car much.. the vids were shot during early tuning/datalogging

Tunning starts at 12psi. Someday in the near future it will be 35psi on racegas.

haha yea right.. when i wanna work on my engine its nice to be able to reach it [img]smile.gif[/img] I hate workin on your guys cars. They arent bad setups but access is terrible

I dunno, its still in the early phases of tuning after the turbo install this winter. With the old supercharger setup it went 12.6 @ 114 on drag radials. This setup should do 10s no prob with slicks. There are already 3 other v6 mustangs in the 10s 2 of which are turbo

Looking bad @ss man!!!! Sounds sweet!

Me..... 11's..... earlier this year I blew out my knee... resulting in needed surgery.... this put me off racing for a bit. I'm ready to race... but the summer heat is here.

Time in sig.
I've added a 4200 stall vs 3200
I've added 4:10's vs 3:23's
Ditched another 50-100 pounds

One day... I will make some passes with the new mods [img]smile.gif[/img]

11's are almost there [img]smile.gif[/img]
