                Its aluminum. I'll post a pic when I get home from the office tonight. We took it to several machine shops but they wouldn't touch it. I'll just have to buy a new one. :( Hopefully I can find one on eBay, Jenn says she saw mine (3-core high output) for $100. A replacement from Procharger is $700. Ouch.

                (All that from a pothole on the Maryland side of the D.C. Beltway.) :mad:
