Okay, I've got all this stuff captured, but don't know anything about compression! I can make the quality worse, but not get the file size smaller. SO all my vids stick for download and file space!
You might want to look into downloading Virtualdub which is free, great, and can convert it to DivX (.avi). You might have to download the DivX codec from www.divx.com first but virtualdub is great.
