Aftermarket parts don't necessarily add to the vehicle's value. Make it seem like you're not interested in the GFX... :D

Aftermarket parts usually decrease value. The GFX could of been put on because of an accident or something.

GFX Kit won't mean crap if he beat the living sh*t out of the engine. Have a mechanic check it out thoroughly!!
Sometimes, people say they added stuff to a car in order to hide other facts or divert your attention.

IMO, once a car gets more than 7ish years old. The value should be based on condition of vehicle. I've been debating selling my 96 firebird, knowing it's condition 1st hand (if) I sell mine I'm going to asks $4200. All mine has is a stereo - HU ($350 2years ago/new), XM unit, exhaust - dual swapped in T/A rear bumper, rims/and high performance tires. Always used mobile 1 syn.

I've got 157,xxx on mine but I'd gladly buy it for $4200 knowing it's condition and reliability/maintenance.

Basically it boils down to how well the car of it's age/mileage has been maintained and driven. It looks sharp from the pic with gfx, got to worry if it was a young guy did he ride the hell out of it????

$4500 sounds about right for a 96 with that kinda of miles. It took me over a year to find the firebird i wanted, but eventually i got exactly what i wanted.

Nice looking bird.. Looks almost like mine except mine doesn't have t-tops on it, ground effects or the spoiler but I'm looking for a T/A hatch to put on mine.. I got my '96 Firebird for $2600 with 111,700 miles (has 124,515 miles now) but the engine was knocking when we got it.. Then a month later we had a new engine and clutch put in it when the weather got nice..
