Im getting fat, I use to weigh like 305 a few years ago,After alot of work I got down to 179 about 18 months ago but since ive got married ive gained 27 pounds and im up to 206. I guess it was alot easier when i worked a set schedule and could maintain **** but now i work off the wall hours and just grab whatever to eat and dont work out. I need to stop, I told myself if i ever got back to 200 id go back and lose again. well here i am, ill just do like i did to lose the last 35lbs, just eat like 500 calories a day

Well...... don't focus on weight as a #.....
Focus on cloths and their size in relation to you.
Over the past 1.5 months I have been back on my atkins and doin a bit of lifting.
If I focused on weight.... I only lost about 10 pounds.
But, with my clothes.... I'm almost at my skinniest...
What do you eat?

How often?

500 calories a day is not healthy at all and wont help you lose weight faster. Eat fruits and vegetable, you'll never go wrong with it. Plus 30 min. of stationary bike 5 x a week. Stay away from Kcal. dense food like junk food and eat lean food like chicken and fish.

And turkey! dont forget turkey. Pork aint bad either. Vegies are always safe. Bikes are a great form of exercise to because it isnt as hard on your knees as running. Cardio is the way to lose weight (keep your heartbeat up). wow its impressive you lost that 126 lbs in 18 months in the first place.. i'm around 300 at 6'2" myself .. i need to get my act together again and lose some weight
a couple years ago i went from 285 to 235 in 3 months on atkins..no excercise at all.. then thanksgiving happened.. and christmas.. then i just gave it up...

500 calories per day, might not be healty be neither is 300lbs.
I'm going to start dieting as soon as I go grocery shopping again. I've decided to go on an all natural, nonprocessed diet. Not just a diet but what I'll continue to eat even after I've lost some weight. Just going to eat vegies, fruit (lots of fruit), steak, chicken, fish. Anything that happens naturally, no bread, no pasta.....no more pop tarts damn. No pop, going to drink tea, but no sugar.
I might not lose weight as fast but I've dedcided to change the way I eat, I work on the road alot and was going to McD's, taco bell, etc for all my meals. So no more.
I'm 5'11 about 235lbs, so we will see how it goes.
