I put down 440 at the wheels with my WS-6 and yet I still want more.....I think it will be enough when I can not afford it any more.

I thought a 600 hp turbo ls1 would be crazy enough, but it got old, then it blew, so Im building it for 1000 hp now. Its a daily driver too, pump gas.

That is what I'm afraid of...

My car kept me happy at first... but now NOTHING I do to it satisfies my need for more speed, I need a drastic change Happened to my bro too, he's building a big block for his Nova now because what he has just isn't enough anymore, even though its a low 12 second car.

That is the question of this thread, though... at what point will enough be enough...

I should have posted the fastest car you've been in up to date too. People who havn't been in anything fast tend to want faster cars.

working on it is just as fun as running it/getting results for me, trying out new combos, building new custom setups... in that thought, it will never be finished/good enough.

But in 2 years I'll be temporarily done with school and working so at least I can go back home and start my "LS1" hehe. Can we say "over 400 cubic inches"?

A 400 hp and 450lb ft of tq in the little 6. I think that would make enough people go .

For a daily driver 4-450rwhp would be plenty.

                    For a weekend toy, 650 +

500 hp would be nice in a daily driver...for a weekend car, 700+ at least. i might get to do that, my friend is buying a 76 camaro with a nitroused 454 in it. 600+ HP on the motor alone. mmmmm...

1000hp is a good round number. With a twin turbo, DOHC variable valve head setup, it could be quite streetable too.

but i want that in my street legal F1 that weighs 2000lbs. :D

I say 600rw hp just so you can whip up on all the stock cars out there and take 95% of the moded ones.

And I know a guy that has a 750hp turbocharged formula that is his daily driver. must suck to be him, cleaning all that drool off the car
