i dont know what wrong with some of you but the GTO is exactly what it used to be. a powerful, rearwheel drive "family" car.

i love the new gto's i don't know why so many people complain about them. gm has produced alot worse then that. the interior is a dream. and those things got plenty balls to them.

If it's not an F-Body, it's not a Camaro. It's just a cheap imitation of something else. That's just me ofcourse.

The new Camaro won't be on Zeta. There is a question now as to whether or not GM will actually pursue Zeta for any vehicles. Zeta coupes seem especially unlikely. Also, the future is looking bleak for the GTO...

the thing is tho the F-body is outdated the wieght distro is really bad and many other things

for me as long as gm comes out with some thing thats sleek, fast, and in our price range 20-30K i will be happy, and somethign that stands up to the name.......... they should then call it the f-bodys but thats just me (aka f-body II)

Yesterday Canada announces a 400mill deal with GM to expand the Ontario plant to accommodate 2 new cars lines. And the new plant will be set up for quick change. So they can stop production on one car and switch to another on the same line, to go along with consumer demand. Should add several extra shifts.

It will take 2 years to build and set up. Right in time to start making 08 cars in 07 as usual.

GM is run by morons with no balls.

How do I know this? Well, I didn't look at their member, no sir...

I just saw their ad for the chevy aveo that depicted a bunch of teenages having fun driving the car...

Now if you believe that the Aveo is a fun car, you must have a no balls and anyone that would try to market such a piece of sh*t has a no balls.

                            GM needs new management.

GM's needs to make a couple cheaper performance vehicles for the younger generations.

They need to the motto, "If it has no balls, you must not be driving a Pontiac." Same with Chevrolet and Buick.

Tired of these gay commercials with 30 year old black men driving a camry or accord acting like...

Wow man this is fun! Such a great car! Cost's alot and has sh*t powerband! Just what I wanted!

Then like 1000 teenages run out to buy the 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse GTS, and they are like damn! my car is fast. I run a 16 second quarter mile. My insurance is sky high and the payments on the car exceed for $350 per month. Such a great "Sport Car" Then they ruin the car from driving it like sh*t, the dealership has to fix it from warrenty. In the mean time realizing that their car is not fast at all. Then cry about selling it and make the same stupid mistake again buying a Hyundia Tiberon. Ruin that car.

So then they go buy a DSM.

And this is why DSM's are fading away faster than snow in Atlanta. The End.

This is still funny reading to me. GM management will not change. Lutz is going to stay in the driver seat for some time to come. But he does have some work to fix all the mistakes by previous people.

Look at Caddy brand. They are doing just fine... because they are seperate and they have money to spend on advertising, R&D, research, etc. GM needs to get back in the ball game with some stuff that will compete with imports, but yet still be as good as "american pie" to us Americans. That is a hard card to fill.

I don't think that the Zeta platform is anything for us to be looking at... it's going to be somewhere else. But I too would like to see GM use the Buick turbo legacy for the power hungry mongers that we all are. I think that turbos will be the future of most modern Big 3 speed cars. They've had plenty of success, but just didn't realize it until AFTER the fact. GN, Syclone, Typhoon. All very efficient and powerful. Now adays expensive too! But when bought new, reasonable in price.
