as of right now..the car is pretty much being finished..the driveshaft, loop, and torque arm go in tomorrow..and the nitrous gets hooked up on the 12th..the goal has always been 12s..high or low i dont care..just run 12s..but say i run mid - low 13s..and thats after tuning, practice, etc..thats just all im gonna get..what would be the next move to push it into the 12s..what would you do? [img]smile.gif[/img]

Auto or manual?
If auto, look into a nice stall converter, to really tear *** off the line.
If manual, and on stock clutch, save money for better clutch and keep an eye on the tranny internals.

that price is right in your range for a converter and install if you can't do it yourself. after you get it in, you'll be kicking yourself for not doing it sooner.
if you put it in yourself, pick up a set of drag shocks.

lighter battery and drag shocks would be nice..i was really thinking of a higher stall though..wanted to see if everyone else would be on the same page..when looking at the car Magnus drove..i think Slacker's too..the big differences were:
ported intakes: although they may provide some increase..i bypass these by having the direct port kit..i dont think they give me any MAJOR increase as far as nitrous is concerned
headers: i have a hollow cat, 3" cat back, and hollow muffler..im thinking maybe that makes up for headers
stall converter: thats the big thing i noticed..good for up to 1/2 second on my car id think..with a higher stall converter im thinking i could run less nitrous on my engine and still hit my goal of 12s
correct me on any of these points if im wrong or you have any more input..i appreciate it [img]smile.gif[/img]

Stop making additions to modifications and get some seat time!
I've watched you go 13.9 blown n juiced..... and you need more seat time/ nitrous experience.

More suspension: drag shocks & springs, sfc, phr, tubular k-member, sway bars, torque arms, ect. There are quite a few choices on which manufacturer. BMR offers some packages I believe, and they're not as expensive as you would think.
A built tranny with a high stall converter will help your 60's out and drop your time down quite a bit. A couple good ones are Edge and Vigilante. There's more out there though.
Light weight racing seats will take some weight out of the car.
