as for mods...

-Track practice
-stall converter/drivetrain
-electric water pump
-lcas
-thicker rear sway
-possible drag shocks
-lighter battery
-batter relocation
-skinnies
Its not just saying you can't drive or anything, just best thing I ever did to improve my times was, get seat time. Run it fix your runs so they feel right. And I'd listen to James(well when he isn't talking about neons) especially about nitrous. he has expereince.

Not only that, when you get seat time you can see what your car needs to go faster.

After further inspection of your setup...

-put a pipe in place of the CAT, I have heard bad things about turbulance in gutted cats
-wanna go crazy, maybe consider, heads, cam and ported intake/TB. Increased airflow will likely do nothing but help you in your setup, and cams with tuning are putting out really nice numbers as of late.

Remember there have been people that have gone your best times and they don't even have a power adder. Only the motor.

i agree..im just gonna sit with the 100 shot for a while

im not sure about a cam..but i have considered ported intakes/heads for a while..that CAT is actually sleeved..it just has a straight pipe through it..but the body of the cat remains..just to look legal i guess..although anyone could tell from the sound

i've been reading over the journal Magnus has on his site..with a totally stock engine..just a ton of tuning and experience..all other mods similar to mine..he ran 14.5 NA and 12.3 on juice..ONLY difference was a stall converter and maybe a little less weight..im not running 14.5 NA but im positive im in the high 14s

so i should be able to pull off 12s after some seat time and more tuning..maybe more weight reduction..which is all i'll be doing this season..if im still not in the 12s id be surprised..and then P&P intakes and a stall converter would go in next season

Don't be positive you are in the 14s, go run and see

In my opinion, if you do heads and intake do a cam as well, you don't have to go insanely aggressive, you can put a small one in, maybe do rockers instead, but I suggest something. You already have the stuff to tune it with. ITs worth the extra energy.

besides after hearing more then one camed v6 in person, they are nice, puts my car to shame

It just look like you need that Torque Converter.

Do you have any plans on doing the engine or are you just going to leave it stock?

i love to run and see but the track doesnt open here till april..which SUCKS..i plan to leave the engine stock..i think i can meet my goal with it like that..but if i just cannot..even after plenty of pratice..then it depends how close i am..if im REALLY close..i'll do a TC ..if i need more..i'll most likely do the TC with the super six 3800 power pack..but im thinking with enough practice i'll be REALLY close if i dont reach it..so if i dont i'll probably end up doing a TC..and P&P intakes anyway
