ugh, half tempted just to keep my zr1s and buy new tires.

My GTO has 245's. Tell me that isn't retarded? If you order the 18 inch rims, you get 235's. Tell me that isn't even more retarded. But you know what, considering, they actually hold pretty well. Maybe you just have crappy compound tires? Hell, even an NSX has 245's (215's up front) and those babies hang a corner like no tomorrow.
I can barely break my 245's free on the bird even if I power brake it. The car feels like it will flip over before the tires break free on a corner. They were only 50 dollar Falken's too, haha.

I am running 255-60-15s on the mustang in the rear. Talk about some MEATS.... No, they're no 275-40-18s like I had on the Camaro, but they're taller! ;)
Mustangs.. Come to the darkside...

The dark side is the path to the shadow of greed. =D
I had 235s, liked them alot, now I've upgraded to 255s and I LOVE them.

My 245s grip about as well as I need them to. My car has more grip than anything else I've driven, and unless I dump above 3k, there's no chance of wheelspin.
Wheelhop is bad on my car, though... sooo annoying...
Its not straight lining so much, I mean I can hook them if I want to... just coming into corners hard I think I just got used to 275s too much.

Well, I've never driven with 275s, but my 245s have never left me asking for more. I think suspension tweaks would benefit me more... the car HATES bumps... anything gets it all out of shape.
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
Hey guys. For starters I’ve always been a big car guy, I love all types of cars and can appreciate all types of engineering. I’ve always been a Chevy...
