      Don't estimate anything, git-r-done and post-r-up.

with out turbo i dyno (i had no clue what i was doning and the dyno was wrong) i just power shifted in the gears and the guy had it set to start the test at lik 40-90 MPH

got like 132 RWHP and 199 TQ both at 4500 RPM, started test at 90 MHP and it shut down at 112 limiter THAT WAS EXPOSE TO BE GONE

Tiago said that Diavid (the other biult 3.8) dynoed at like 150 RWHP before he put the turbo on plus i was on a mustang dyno too.

i am expecting over 500 at the wheels when its all said and done and really wanting a 10.99 1/4 mile

I wish you luck. I too have been thinking instead of buying a lt1/ls1 just get a 3.8l on a engine stand and build it for boost/spray. 3.8l engine can be bought realllly cheap.

Was the car still making horsepower or did the curve flatten or start to fall?

You're a M5 I am guessing? Why were you driving on the dyno... the shop didnt provide someone to do this? What gear were you in? Now I am no dyno pro, but I would think dynoing your car NA would be no problem with the stock limiter... tons of people have.

</font>[/QUOTE]Thus my question. N/a with limiter doesn't matter if you have a stock cam because it won't produce power past the speed limiter much (maybe 1 or 2hp) however with a new cam you may produce power beyond that point.

i was driving the dyno and the guy that had it didn't have a clue and the being my first i didn't have a clue, after talking to Tiago your expose to start in 4th at like 2000 RPM and go from there.. he had me start like i was in a 1/4 mile and just told the dyno computer to start the test at 90 MPH.

my cam is why my limter is so high, i was say that it stoped at 5200 (speed limter) but i should have been able to go all the way to 7200 RPM on the pull.

dyno was in 4th gear so i was at like 5200 @112 MPH in 4th gear

yes the graph was still climing when it shut donw

so bacially from 90 to 112 MHP in 4th grear i put down 132 RWHP and 199 TQ
