It was definetly the wrong gear. You can see where the tire marks start on the track. It doesn't matter what he did, he is a moron...even if you miss shift you shouldn't spin your car out. I remember when i was a newbie at age 15 racing in my sentra and i slamed it from 1st to 3rd when i was driving my car in the wet grass i still didn't spin out my damn car.
