Prostitution Stings

Ok, I'm sitting here bored and for some reason this came to mind. I'm tired of watching Cops and seeing the prostitution stings. It's not fair to actually cause a crime then arrest the person for doing it. Ok, so maybe these people shouldn't be soliciting a hooker. But if they arrest the criminal then they should arrest the cop posing as the prositute for prostitution. Otherwise it wouldn't be soliciting a prostitute if she wasn't actually a prostitute. She is selling her body, whether there was no real intention to follow through with it.

Same thing applies when a cop makes an attempt to sell drugs then he should be arrested for selling drugs as well as the buyer.

Don't get me wrong. People who solicit hookers and buy drugs aren't really people that belong on the streets, but it's not fair to go out and instigate a crime.

I think prostitution should be legal. But heavily taxed. If it were, there wouldn't be a deficit.

i agree with Mogob, and i think that stings are a fancier way of entrapment, and the drug deals too.
apparently the victim has to specifically ask for sex in trade for $ and set a price
"whats the deal, how are you doing?" wont warrant an arrest, but "ill give you 50$ for a blowjob"
is soliciting. they should just be smarter about it, damn horn dogs! lol

No. They are allowed, and that is as it should be. If you are dumb enough to break the law you deserve to get caught. You do know how undercover stings and permissable deception works?

I went to school with a girl who right out of high school did a Lezbo porn video. After a few more videos and her own website she started working for a "Personal city travel guide" company. AKA Rent'm and Bang'm Inc. I saw her after about 3 years of this and she look like she was run over by a MAC truck. She had a boob job and big bleach WHITE hair and enough makeup to cover 5 women. It was very sad. I later learned that she has tried to kill herself a number of times by ODing. Before she finished highschool she had 3 abortions all from different guys. She is a very messed up girl.

I think we have to get the hookers off the street and take away the option of them being there before we bust guys looking for a good time. You will never stop men from wanting sex so don't even try.

I think it should be legal, what two adults want to do in private is thier business. Some losers can only get sex if they pay for it.

You can find some girl at a club, buy her some drinks and take her home.

But you can't pay some chick on the street corner and take her home?

we've been on a deficit budget for years. it works well and there's nothing wrong with it.. the government doesn't need to balance it's checkbooks.. it works differently
