6 foot 245...I'm the center for my hs team so i kinda got to be a lil bigger...Once football is over I will lose my lineman's gut haha. But that's the only thing that is really fat on me.

Ha, I'm 176 @ ~16.5% bodyfat right now but my weight fluctuates a lot because I'm always on some kind of workout/diet routine. I've been between 155 and 183lbs in the past year or so

Now i'm 5'9.5" 150, probably 12% body fat :(
