Salvage titles are issued whenever a insurance company pays off.

That way a rebuilder is the only one that can rebuild the car that is to be licensed and titled (as a rebuild) once again.

Honestly, moderator(s), consider what this dude just wrote, especially his parting comment. We all read DMW's story and feel bad for him and he came right out and said it was his fault.
DMW is a good guy and has been here a very long time. This forum at times promotes a feeling of family and team work between its members and to read the comment by TMGSIX is just plain horrible.

Wow. The man openly admits making the mistake, and you kick him while he's down anyway. I am definitely not the most forgiving person here, but that was just really screwed up. I can only imagine how you feel. Seeing the pictures is just heart breaking. Your car was one of the nicest on the board... you have to rebuild it. Can you tell if there is any frame damage?
