honestly david there IS hope, when i was looking for another FBody ALOT of the ones i called had ALOT of miles, you could easily get a high mileage fbosy for cheap, keep your car and build up that motor, while you have the high mileage motor!! make sense? just a suggestion/idea to go in your head even though things are rough and car dont look so good it all depends on what you wanna do and whqat you can do though!!

However, nowhere in his post did I get the feeling that he had any remorse for the magnitude of his actions or what hell he just caused another person and their family. His biggest concern was his car, not the innocent people involved. My family lost a loved one due to a red light runner, so to see someone dismissing his actions b/c he wasn't paying enough attention is a little concerning to me. I will not post anymore in this thread and honestly do hope everything turns out well, but more importantly I hope he can get past his car and look at the bigger picture. </font>[/QUOTE]dude. the SUV i hit was a 70 year a$$hole. his car wasnt half as bad as mine, his airbags didnt go off, and his car was driveable. the first thing he did after impact was get out and have a cigareete while im there pushing the airbags down and trying to breath from the smoke. then while im picking up pieces of my car from the middle of the road the guy is yelling at me to get my insurance (as if i was going to drive off like a hit and run) i mean cmon. the guy was fine. no injuries at all. i had to go to a chiropractor to get my back and neck looked at, and my hand is still really swollen. the guy never even asked me if i was ok. i didnt intentionally NOT brake so i could coast thru the light. youre acting like i ran the light on purpose.. look, i understand what youre saying. but just stop posting. its not helping at all.

the coolant system and radiator etc is gone, id need to get that replaced. im trying to find a camaro that i can take the front clip off of to repaint and then put on my car. that would prolly cost me around 4,000-5,000.

So far i got a new fender,hood,both air bags, air bag module, got the clip fixed and so far ive spent $130.

thanks kala. i like firebirds, but that one has got a dent in the fender and a lot of miles so id have to do an engine swap on top of the 3200. the car is also in NY. but thanks for looking. im crusing around everywhere i know. thanks for the help!

Maybe I'll join ranks as "The *******s of the board"... but I see what TMGSIX is saying. Basically, of course, he's glad you're alright.. it's always a pitty that someone gets hurt in an accident, although I don't feel bad for you having to pay for your car or what happened to your car. It could have a been a lot worse, and I'm thankful that it isn't, but honestly man... you ****ed up and deserved what you got.

hey david u can be like me and go to the darkside!!! hehe i know just about everything on the f body's now [img]smile.gif[/img] fbody's are honestly cheap i mean look what i got 64k i owner for 6k!! not bad!! thats more than what ya wanna pay im sure BUT just shows ya they are cheaper than ALOT of stuff out there!!! and almost ALL your mods can be swapped!!!

i agree with everything you just said. but you werent a jerk about it. he just thought i was coming here to whine and complain and get sympathy which wasnt at all why i posted here. but i agree completely with your statement.

all my mods CAN be swapped. i just have to either buy a new car, or get my fixed up. i really want that NBM 01 camaro with 54K on it for $6500, its a friggin steal. i just dont have the money right now.
