Don't do diets that leaves you hungry all day or starving for carbs. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetable. Get a good balance amount of complex carbs, protien and some fat. Stay away from simple sugar enriched carbs junk food, and tasty high fat food.
Drink plenty of water. Coffee and sodas are not the same as drinking water. Gatorade is also not the same as water. Don't fall for that false message that it's better than water, it's not.
