Got her JC Penny's bill and found a $1400 charge for furniture. Never lost her card or gave it out. She did leave her license and bank card at work one day. Who knows what all will happen.
not even sure how Penny's does things. Its not really even a real CC.
Not sure how they did it.

Someone made a duplicate copy of mine... a waiter at a restaurant. So he went around, with a card that looked just like mine, with my information on his bar code, and charged the **** out of it.
I found this out last week.

About a year ago, my dad's credit card number got taken somehow from eBay or PayPal. Some dumbass got ahold of it and started buying a bunch (maybe 10-15) things for $2-$15. Retard, why not just buy a car and bunch of expensive stuff? Apparently the guy got everything he bought, was never caught, and the credit card company refunded the money to my dad.
Well if you have a JC Penny's card be careful. Turns out some woman named Vessi Coker is known by the store. She calls up and pretends to be the card owner and ask to have "Vessi" added to the card.
She did give the last 4 SS numbers but thats it.
messed up part is this has been goin on for a while. This women get added to people cards and robs them. But Penny's keeps doing it. They know all about her. Its happened before but they don't do crap about it. They said she was just there a few days ago.
Its pretty messed up if you ask me. Seams like an inside job.
