Uhm. Actually, it sold well.

GM has a rule. No car can be faster than their flagship Corvette, stock vs stock.

Hence the reason why the GMC Syclone/Typhoon as well as the Grand National cease to exist. And I wouldn't exactly call it a "3800 Series 1" ... Just because it was a 3.8 doesnt mean its the same as the other 3.8s of its day in time - it was quite a bit different than the other 3.8 fuel injected setups.

That's totally true.

But congrats on your car though. I've been waiting to see what your set up would be like.

You should call Aston Sunoco 610-622-4606 because he did a GN drop on a '93 Formula and that thing did 10.2 with 20psi. He would be an awesome source.

Remember that article from GM High Tech Perf. on '93 Formula Turbo V6?

Actually this winter im pulling the tranny and getting it race built, gonna pull the heads and have them ported, put on an alchy kit and run about 25 psi on pump gas. That setup should be good for low 11's and that is all i want out of it. Anything more would require a roll bar and i really don't wanna put one in my car. Other than that im pretty much done with the swap so i shouldn't have any more questoins left. Thanks though

I have also talked to the guy from tha GM high tech performance article. He seems to be a real a55, and he didn't help me at all. All he did was critize what i was doing.
