Find a roomate dude. That is THE BEST WAY to live cheaply. Hell, find 2 roomates. Make sure they all sign the lease though, so they are all liable to keep the place in good shape.

Woohoo I am moved in, they let me move in a day early. Th place was messed up before so it is now painted with new vynal and new carpet. I just need things like a microwave, shower curtain, and all my furniture from home. right now im sleaping on the floor. I think i will go donate plasma saturday. its nice to drive a car without a bunch of stuff in it.

Also leaving your heater on at around 62 degrees wont kill your power bill too much will it??? I dont want to freeze but dont want to pay too much either. I am good at keeping lighting to aminimum though.

O as far as getting on with airlines quick reality check I am an A&P mechanic currently and I only make $12 an hour in Denver, CO and my rent runs $750. Not to bring you down or anything but it doesn't pay as good as they say.

Have you bothered checking into any government housing that does allow students? A couple of my friends got married last year while still in school, and moved in together; neither of them had good paying jobs since they were students, so they got into gov't assisted housing. They get a pretty decent place for dirt cheap, and I think the rent is actually based on your income, so if you dont make as much as another person you can still live there. I kinda feel like it's cheating the system a bit, but things like that are out there if you look.
