Well new years eve at 1:08am my friend wrecked his yamaha R1 badly. The girl was 16, she fell off the bike and went head first into a pole killing her instantly. He tried to catch her as she fell and he lost controll of the bike. He is in critical condition at a hospital in md. He is now awake and talking with no memory of the crash. Speed was a factor. Shelley just got home, so we are leaving now to see him. I will post more later.

Alcohol nor drugs were involved. He was just going a little to fast but, its still not clear was caused it to start with. The girl was burried on 01/03/05. The bike was to much for him anyway, he was 18 with a 1000cc bike capable of 200mph to top it all off he only weighs around 160lbs. They expect him to come home in a couple of days, hopefully. No road rash nor broken bones just internal bleeding. Holy crap... Thats terrible. And scary to me because I used to give my girlfriends little sisters rides on my bike... Something like that never crossed my mind...
