No more sports cars for me, planning on getting engaged in 2 years so I want something economical and sporty. Like a Cobalt or something.

        Cobalt SS supercharged? This ooooooold *** guy came to my work in one the other night. So funny seeing this guy who's like 80 with a cane getting out of. It was very nice though, black, just needs to lose the wing.

          keep us updated.

          i personally like the new cobalts, yes i agree on the wing. but they are nicer than the caviler IMO.what about a neon. seriously i drove my cuzins new neon, 5 speed, the non-turbo one. first manual car i ever drove more than a mile. i love the car. easy to drive, clutch is light, easy to see around you. and it didnt seem that slow at all. and 4 doors.

              What in the hell possesed you to drive a car that had a major coolant leak. On top of that, you were mashing on the gas??!

              My bet is either the water pump failed, or you blew a hose. Both an easy and cheap fix.

                well if the water pump went, he has to replace it, the cap and rotor for the opti sprark and probably the optical sensor to the opti spark also, and ill tell you right now it is not cheap to replace the entire opti spark unit. and thats not taking into consideration the amount of time it takes to screw with the water pump/optispark to get them off and put the new ones on.

                on another note. what are you going to do with the car junk it or sell it?

                    Rebuild it. It can be done reasonably cheap and it will be much faster, etc.

                      No way, that motor is toast. He'd deffinately need a new block.

                        </font>
I had it floored because I tried to get it home and I can't afford a tow truck. The pump was fine, it was pumping and the hoses are new. It dropped a cylinder last month and I didn't drive it. I tuned it up and it was fine and it just went to hell. It's odd. Besides it was knocking reallllly bad.
