i use creatine fuel by twinlab. it has 5g of creatine and 2g of glutamine for a better recovery. its on sale right now at gnc for 14 bucks for 14 serving bottle. it mixes with water and it tastes pretty good. a bit chalky but relatively kool-aidish.
I go to GNC and get their Optimum Nutrition tub of creatine powder. They're all more or less the same thing unless their lying to you and diluting it with flour. As far as these added things that "help absorbtion", from what I've read thats unneeded
Whatever you do dont get creatine powder in your eyes it stings
I was gonna check the prices at GNC and compare them with dpsnutrition.com to see which has a better deal, cause sometimes even with shipping DPS is cheaper.
I use a human growth complex made by Ultra Lab. You can get it at GNC, but it's kinda expensive...about $50 a bottle. It seems to work pretty well with a high-protein diet.
Creatine never did that much for me. I could tell a little improvement in my muscle endurance while I was working out, but didn't get any kind of big gains in muscle mass.

Anyone else take anything different?
GNC's prices really aren't that bad if you have a gold card and you shop for supplements the first week of the month (20% off). Beats waiting for it in the mail
I am sick right now so it doesn't matter if I have to wait Can't even breathe through my nose and my knees ache so bad I limp around, so I doubt I can hold up weights plus my fat ***
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
