  • just lost a best friend to a motorcycle accident

yesterday around 5:00, I found out one of my best friends died instantly after a car pulled out in front of him while he was flying up a hill on his motorcycle. He was just telling me he was planning on selling that bike bcause he was getting too brave on that bike. Please keep Eric in your prayers.....

Sorry to hear it man... I just don't trust bikes... even if you don't do something and kill yoursell you are more likely to get hit yourself. I have like 3 people I know that have been at least 1-2 wrecks where it was not there fault. Just other drivers. And one of them died from it at 40, leaving a family(mom and 3 daughters)

sorry to hear it. I lost a good friend in much the same manner a couple years ago.... just before that happened I got clipped and went down on the expressway but was able to get up and walk away, a car pulled out of a driveway and hit him, killing him instantly only 2 weeks later. really puts things in perpective.

my thoughts are with him, his friends and family.

My condolences, thats very sad to hear. Even if you are a good bike driver, its the other drivers that you just can't protect yourself from. Any collision could be catastrophic on a bike. My younger brother had a bike, and my mother was so upset and worried and kept bugging him so much about it, he agreed to sell it. Motercycles for me are cool to look at, but thats about it. I would always try to talk any friend or family member out of owning one.
