She had went to Naples today for her work. She had called me a little while ago saying they're leaving, and I called her back to see if she wanted to go out for lunch when she got home.

As I was talking to her, she said the guy behind her was really riding her ***, to the point where it looked like he was going to hit her. Then I hear a loud crash. She said the guy just rammed her. I told her to call 911 and hung up.

She calls me back saying after the guy rammed her, he mashed the gas again, ramming her a second time. This time he started pushing her with his car, basically pushing her off the road. He just sped off, but she got his license plate number.

Oh, this guy is done for. We're hiring a lawyer and pressing charges and suing him for as much as we can get. So far, he's got leaving the scene of an accident, attempted manslaughter/murder, assault with a deadly weapon, wreckless driving and wreckless endangerment.

If someone did that to my wife. They'd regret that $hit for sure. I hope something gets done about this.

My aunt had someone hit her and the lady who hit her said pull into the gas station, when my aunt did the lady just took off. My aunt got her license plate number but the cops said they couldn't do anything. I was like WTF? But it wasn't bad so they didn't pursue it anymore. If I lived down that way, I'd help you get revenge on that F*cker!

What kind of a f'd up psycho would do such a thing. That kind of experience could be very traumatic, especially for a woman driving alone. I hope the police catch him and throw him in jail. People like this have no business in a civilized society, let alone enjoying the privilege of holding a drivers license. But its good your wife is OK and nothing else happened.. if she challenged him in any way, it could have turned even more ugly. Let's hope the cops there don't f'k this up and that they apprehend him ASAP. Good luck.

Well, the cops said the plate number is invalid.

My guess, is it was a stolen plate, and a stolen car. I'm glad I wasn't driving, I would have followed them and probably gotten shot.

To make matters worse, I just checked my insurance online, and the changes I made when we renewed weren't on there.

So you're saying this guy got angry because he saw someone talking on a cell, and uncontrollably went berserk? Thats not road rage... thats attempted manslaughter/murder. Road rage is getting mad, screaming or something. Trying to kill someone is something else. If I want to scratch my *** inside my car or talk on the phone, nobody has the right to try to run me off the road because they don't like it. I hope that SOB drives off a cliff. And if not, hopefully someone somewhere will find him and lock him up in a small wooden shack deep in a far away forest, and torture him for a few days.

Yep lol. I see it that most anything will trigger road rage nowadays.

I don't understand what that short article has to do with road rage. The problem of all those car related deaths in China is simply further proof that they do not have the greatest driving skills, or their government has low standards for obtaining driving permit/license.

In my personal experience, Chinese people don't know how to drive that well... especially women. I don't want to sound like I am stereotyping with another theme like "BMW owners are bigshots", but the Chinese people I see coming into Canada from Hong Kong, those guys can't drive for sh't.

I can't tell you how many times in my area, I'll see a really expensive Mercedes or BMW, driven by some older Chinese woman who barely knows how to navigate the car. Especially going backwards. Ever see a 10 point turn? I have, while watching Chinese women reverse park their cars. I don't know, maybe I just live in a screwed up area, but my particular city has a very very high population of Asians so maybe that is what contributes to the unusually high number of bad Chinese drivers I see on the road. But that article does not surprise me at all, they really aren't good drivers.

I hope this guy does some serious jail time. However, I wouldnt be surprised if she did a lil' more to provoke him than was told in the story. Not justifying anything though

Wait, how do you all know that this guy wasn't drunk? I doubt it was Road Rage, because if you have Road Rage, you don't try killing someone. And I doubt he was trying to murder her, because if he was trying to, he probably wouldn't have drove right off. He was probably drunk, possibly in a hurry. Well I am glad she didn't suffer any serious injuries. And if it was me, I would have just kept following him while I called the cops and the cops would have got him for sure. Good luck with finding the guy.

Nah, the dirtbag was looking to steal the car you're wife was driving and possibly could have hurt or killed her. That happened to a female ex-student of mine who had graduated high school. She had a gun pointed at her face at a stoplight and was told to get the **** out of the car. She said "**** you" and sped off and they followed her, rammed her car, and made her crash. They then took off. Gotta love Newark, NJ. They were caught though but she had to face them in court even though she was told she didn't have to. Now they know her face and her name.
