Doing a fuel filter yesterday, had a fuel bath all over myself and my arms and hands took most of it. Once I got done in about 2 goddamn hours (stupid fitting on line was stripped) My arms and hands burned like a really bad sunburn and were bright red. I took a shower and put creme on my arms and hands after it. ( I just asked my mother whats good for burnt/dry skin) It still somewhat hurts, feel like an indian burn. Any recommend anything?

I think you're having some sort of allergic reaction honestly....I've never had that happen either. The only thing I've heard of is if fuel seeps through the skin enough you get fuel poisoning. Yet that usually ends in death. lol, so be thankful...1994 Camaro: Firebird Interior, 3.4L to 3800 converted, OBD2 converted, A4 to M5 converted...In the turbo retirement home...

1994 Mustang GT: 347 Forged Stroker, Port Matched Edelbrock Heads and Intakes, Tremec 3550 T-5, Spec Stage 2

I actully had to stop a few times, get out from under the car and hose my arms down because of the burning. I just put some burn medicated ointment on it, feels a little bit better. If it continues past the weekend. Ill call my mothers dermatologist just incase..

One time I got hot gasoline spurted into my face, along with shards of glass. Worse experience ever. My faced balooned into a grape but it went back to normal a few days laterhttp://www.sounddomain.com/memberpage/437104 96 Firebird M5

That happened to me once. When I changed my corvette's fuel filter (they don't tell you that the bracket can't go back on... :( ).
I got gas all over my arms. It was nasty and after a minute or so it started burning. I had to wash my arms off to stop the burning. That was a lot of gas though. Fuel filters usually get a lot on you I guess.2005 Ford Focus ZX3 SE D20 M5 - Modified ;) http://www.knightenmotorsports.com
[ U R L = h t t p : / / w w w . g e o c i t i e s . c o m / h e a r t l a n d _ h e a t _ v 6 ] Heartland Heat V6 [ / U R L ]
