        Or does it just feel that way because that is which way the blood pumps out?

          the center itself is offset slightly to the left, but its really just slightly - but to claim "pain from the side your heart is on" sorta indicates that its clearly on a side.

            Actually, the heart is in the left leg. We just tell people that it is in their chest to mess with them.
