  • How do you relieve stress?

<--- MAJORLY stressed lately due to work and possible promotion.

I have not been able to rid myself of this stress.....and usually it NEVER bothers me.

I feel like I am completely numb and worn down.......

    Suggestions?

Do it the natural way, bang the hell out of your girlfreind, or sqeuze one out.

That or go drive a little crazy in the car.

            Hand gun.... no....bad

As for joke seed...... not worth losing my job... random drug tests can occur.... but would be nice

Bang the g/f.... well... don't have one

Drive a little crazy in the car?? No, that would be a bit silly... and maybe illegal.

I do appreciate your suggestions though....

don't need a girlfriend to "relieve stress" all you need is the internet and a few choice "free websites"

getting drunk everynow and then helps, or getting drunk and playing GTA helps too...

When I'm really stressed I take a mixture of B vitamins. The vitamins make me feel better at work, they also help me sleep better at night. I also try and get some exercise or fresh air each day, give myself some quiet time, and get some sleep.

I've seen vitamins specially for stress symptoms....they are high doses of vitamin B and some vitamin C.
