besides the obvious (the car) ..in the summer i rock climb and in the winter i ice climb..free-climbing only of course..hehe..the falls here are just about ready :D ..you need to do some sort of excersizing (im diagnosed with generalized and social anxiety disorder..although luckily its usually under control..its the ghetto damnit lol)..any sort of energy comsuming activity will release those endorphins in your body that you need to give you that boost man

Work out. Go for a run. Do something extremely physics. Trust me when I say that after a large amount of physical activity, you'll feel tired but your mind will feel at ease.

Don't be a guuurly mahn!

I usually drive around, but there are no roads here. Now I kill paper with my guns.

Here's the best solution I've found: Go Carts.
They just opened up a new place around here with three indoor tracks. The carts are electric powered and can do about 25 mph. One track is "The Slick Track", and the concrete is super smooth, and then they put a powder down. The whole track is a continuous drift at like 20 mph. It's a blast. Best way to relieve stress I've found, plus you can hit other drivers, and it's all good.
