  • Need recipes

Well, I decided that since my workouts previously seemed to only have yielded moderate gains over the past couple of years that I would take a diet into account and start running. I've been running since the beginning of december so far, and that's not what I need help with.

I need recipes. Chicken and rice gets old, quick.

I've found some healthy choice t.v. dinners that are pretty good, but I'd rather cook the food myself.

I haven't tried much fish, but the stuff I have tried hasn't exactly thrilled my taste buds. Any one know any high protein low-fat, low-carbohydrate fish recipes that are pretty tasty?

Right now, other than the couple servings of fruit, the eggs and cereal in the morning, all I really eat is a lot of chicken. So I'm calling for some recipes if anyone knows.

    Thanks!

Something I make is just like a "breaded" chicken.
Go to the store, near the "shake N Bake" they have this stuff called "Dixie Fry", it is like shake n bake but better, and better for you. Just put that on the boneless/skinless chicken and bake it, it comes our really good. I always make some stuffing and rice or beans to go along with the chicken.

The only sucky thing is that this is a good meal for 2 :( I hate warming up left-overs, so I won't make it that often.
