Well, during my 8 days in the hospital for my surgery on my lungs (complications with pneumonia) I lost about 15 pounds. Dropped down to 145.
Ever since I've gotten out of the hospital (around beginning of October) I've had a voracious appetite. Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast:
3 eggs over-easy
2 bowls honey nut chex
1 fruit cup
Lunch 1:
12 Tyson chicken nuggets
Some potato chips
A couple white fudge oreos
String Cheese
Can of Chunky Soup
Lunch 2:
Balogna, ham, turkey, pepperoni, and cheese sandwich
Apple
More oreos
More string cheese
Dinner:
Two classic doubles w/ cheese and five piece chicken nuggets from Wendy's.
I am close to being back at my old weight of 160 lbs, I'm about 155. Is it normal to eat this much though?! I never used to eat this much... anyone have any experience like this after a hospital visit? I still work out 3 times a week and go to Physical Training for ROTC 2 times a week. Will I see any problems if I keep eating like this?
AND IT'S COSTING ME A LOT OF DAMNED MONEY TO EAT THIS MUCH. Any cheap solutions?
