Lionel please dont tell me that you think just because a car is not an F-body means that it is not a nice car. My car is a W-body, looks better than yours, is a ****load faster than yours, and I am still N/A. So go figure. But you dont see me boasting about 245hp and other crap, I mean it probably makes that crank, but still. Some people dont like my car, other people do. Some people dont like your car, other people do. You are entitled to love your car but just because people dont like or appreciate it in the same way you do, doesnt give you the right to explicate your ignorance in such a fashion. Just take it all in stride. Be your own person who gives a crap what people think, personally I think your car is ricetastic and should be stripped primered and given a huge makeover. But its still nice looking. The rear valance and hood(minus the pins) are nice, the decals are a must go. But otherwise its a nice ride. Do yourself a favor adjust the attitude, get some new rims, drop the APC decals and hood pins, and start real mods.

as for w-bodies i think gtp's are badass and would trade my car for that one any day. in blue or silver, or that sunset color. saying on is a grandma car is just like them insulting our car. you shouldnt have done that. treat others as you wish to be treated.

well as for performance mods:

Drilled 180* T-stat, ZZP alternator hotwire kit, ZZP Gen II poly motor mounts, Speedbuilt FWI w/ 9' K&N, ZZP Stage 1 L36 TB, AFC 2.0, stock rockers pushrods and lifters, LS6 springs and Comp Retainers, SI polished 1.84 intake valves, SI polished 1.52 exhaust valves, Viton Valve seals, radiused intake ports, ported and polished heads milled .007, Cometic .051 MLS gaskets, ZZP Hybrid GT1/2 cam, DHP 1.0, Perf shift, Ported LIM, PEM's, 2.5" no cat DP w/ u-bend delete, Casper's O2 simulator, Dynamax Catback w/super turbo mufflers, AFC 2.0, DHP Custom PCM with perf shift and raised shift points and idle. Thats pretty much all I can think of right now, as for my car looks it doesn't look that great due to high mileage and MD roads. But I keep it clean, lol. Its not blue or black or silver sorry.

Nice setup Pacer. Would you happen to have a tuner program such as HPTuners or DHP PowrTuner? It'd be much more effective at controlling fueling than the AFC 2.0, and I'm sure you'd like the flexibility of controlling the tune to suit your needs.

Haven't been able to check out the pics of your car yet, but I'll do it once I get some time off. Photobucket's restricted on the Gov't internet, unfortunately.

yeah I wish, just had a baby girl so that kinda drained the mod fund pretty drastically, but I need to get a laptop first before that. lol But if DHP or HPtuners want to sponsor me I wouldnt tell em no. I really need it though. The Custom DHP works alright because I went to Dynotech in NJ and Dave from DHP was there and hooked me up real quick, but weather changes effect it so much that it would be nice to have different setups for weather conditions. But over all I am happy with it, I really need to get to the track though, I havent been since I only had an exhaust, FWI, Cam, and DHP. So I am really anxious to see what time I could pull now. Praying for 13's NA but thats really reaching without a TC.

in my view, a gtp is what it is, in my view it's not a muscle car, muscle cars are my favorite, the beef here is people who roast other peoples' cars when I only really wanted if they like it or dislike it... before you post here read the whole thing before you judge.

My car is getting a make over for next year. Those decals, if you think they're apc, then you just don't know any better. whichever, they didn't cost me a dime, ;)

furthermore, on an F-Body site I really don't like people who bash others when they don't even own an F-Body. when someone calls my car rice who drives a regal, I mean what the hell? [img]graemlins/bs.gif[/img]

Are those hood scoops the fake stick-ons that are applied with 3M tape? If they are, sorry, cheese city. No offense meant, I'm just not a fake hood scoop kinda person. ;)

yeah they are the stick on scoops, but the only reason I bought them is because there is only one hood available for the Monte Carlo and everyone and their mother has it, and since I have a FWI I would not reep the benefits of its ram air capabilities, so I chose to go with those that were like 1/10th the cost and spend my money on my engine, some people dont like them others do, I personally dont mind them I would like it better if I had the chance to actually bondo mold them into the hood, but I been too busy with the engine. What can I say I like to be original.
