I have a feeling little kids on my block would end up jacking them off my car. If so, I may have to start a stake out in front of my house with a trip wire to pull to stop all those with bikes for proper inspection.

I had about 2 or 3 sets stolen before I finally bought the ones that lock. You can spin them all day long and they won't come off without the key :D

I've had them so long it took me a while to remember where I got them, but it's spincaps.com. They're a little pricey, but well worth it if you've already had a set or two stolen.
