    hey guys, i found a 95 mustang 3.8l convertible
it is red and looks really good. it has mineor front end damage and needs a head gasket replaced and it is for sale for 1000.00
do you think this is worth buying? i would problably keep it as a daily driver/beater for the snow and what not. to keep mine looking good.
or i could fix it in my auto class and sell it for a hefty sum more than i bought it for.
    any ideas?

Not in a million years. Too much of a chick car and inferior to the F-body anyway. Just one man's opinion. Not a good choice for a daily driver/snow plower anyway

My opinion, is your spelling and grammar suck rocks.

Oh, don't buy that stang either. You were just considering buying coil overs, now you want a stang? Something is fishy here, folks.

Did you happen to know the v6 Firebird and Camaro were targeted at women?

Number 1: Your getting a convertible for winter. Number 2: Blown headgasket.
                  Number 3: Its still RWD...

And how much would a low-mileage longblock cost to replace the one with a blown headgasket? Probably not much. As for those of you who say a RWD car can't make a winter car, then what's my excuse when I had my Camaro? Hmm, let's see: I grew up in CA, moved to CO, and drove a few winters, both of which had severe blizzard/snow storms and this was all in my Camaro. It can be easily done if you get some good tires (I'd suggest BFGoodrich g-Force KDWS tires, I had the KDW's which weren't snow rated but it did awesome).

I say go for it. If the car interests you, then do it.

Yes I remember reading a thread here about that a long time ago, but I'd say a red v6 mustang convertible is a little more symbolic though and why choose a stang over a firebird

also for insurance i would list as not a primary driven vehicle and it wont be much at all.
